Lean Into What You Love

In my line of work, it’s usually full-on craziness. I mean, typically, we have to remind ourselves to slow down, catch our breath and simply pray.

Project details are flying everywhere. Deadlines are smacking us in the face and good things are happening. Really good things!

And I love it.

Sure, there are plenty of things that aren’t right about it and that I don’t love. Just like the rest of life, it has more flaws than I care to think about. And sometimes, it’s just downright messed up.

But, here’s the deal. My motivation factor is off the charts because I’m doing what I love.

I’m highly motivated to help ministries connect with people at a deeper level. What we do goes way beyond pumping out top-shelf creative assets. It’s about inspiring and moving people. It’s about change.

I know it can be tough, but you really should lean into what you love.

Focus there. Spend more time there. Pour your best energy there. Build there.

You will not only be more motivated, but you will also do something that matters to the rest of the world.

Are you?
